The following schedule and events are based on the COVID-19 pandemic. No matter how large or small, we are relying on a risk-based approach. WHO (World Health Organization) has provided guidance on how such a risk-based approach can be taken.
As of January 2022, we have started an initiative named SATUR-GAMES. We have been able to invite a team from all over the country every weekend to partake in an exhibition. The games have intense, organized and fully displayed to the number of people in attendance.
Personal Training
- Training to be done by appointments only. These sessions are one hour long and focuses on the holistic development of the individual. For players of all ages and skill level to help reach their basketball goals through our customized basketball training system.Our skill development and training program is strategically designed and tailored to strengthen our student’s abilities and raise their performance to a higher level.
- We follow a program structure based on progressive development utilizing exercises and drills that are beneficial to all players. Our goal at Advanced Genetics are for players to get better, challenge themselves learn how to play the game and grow as a person.
Team
- Our program at Advanced Genetics focuses on maintaining consistency and efficiency that allows players the chance to address weaknesses in their games and bodies, work daily on improving them, and the ability to play competitively.
- Our club will mimic the efficient guidelines of USA basketball. We will focus on Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Positive Attitude, Respect and Discipline.
- KISS method (keep it simple system).
- Focus on the Simple Transition Offense, Half Court (fill the spots & pick and roll) and “Shell Defense.”
- SHELL DEFENSE, can be performed both in man to man and zone. It is designed for the secondary defender to always be in a helping position. DEFENSE wins championships.
- Based on the rules and regulations past by our Prime Minster along with the Ministry of Health. We will focus on the development of players in team concepts without contact. These sessions will be 2-3 hours long.
Aerobics
- These sessions are open to the members, parents and the public. These sessions will be limited to the number based on the amount allowed.
- For parents or adults interested in improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).
- This aspect of the club incorporates and allows the parents and adults to partake and feel as just a part as the youths. At the same time, parents will be achieving results.
Strength and Conditioning
- Advancing to the next level of basketball, strength and conditioning is very important. It targets your whole body with a variety of different exercises to strengthen and develop your muscles, flexibility, mobility, power, speed, agility and of course performance.
- At Advanced Genetics, certified trainers will demonstrate and teach the effectiveness of strength and conditioning by providing for our athletes with elite high-performance training.
